American Royal 2023 Best “Hot” Rub on the Planet top five finish (tied for third)!!! This dry rub is inspired by the traditions and flavors of Memphis BBQ. This rub starts with the foundation of a Memphis rub using the flavors of brown sugar, paprika, and garlic. Other spices are added in to give this rub a savory and earthy flavor profile and then a little heat is added in. This rub is predominantly made for pork products and can be used by itself to serve “dry” meat or combined with a sauce to provide “wet” meat.
