This recipe is a great way to change up how you serve pulled pork. Gone are the traditional pulled pork sandwiches, replaced by a little flare of southwestern flavor. This recipe uses Willow Seasonings & Blends Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning. This recipe assumes that you have prepared a pork butt or shoulder and made pulled pork with it.
Ingredients
- Pulled Pork
- Willow’s Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning
- Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- Coleslaw Mix
- Creamy Cilantro Lime Salad Dressing
- Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
- Street Taco Size Tortillas (Corn or Flour)
Directions
- Mix the coleslaw mix with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of the creamy cilantro lime salad dressing, place in the refrigerator to chill
- Mix 2 parts ranch dressing with 1 part chipotle pepper sauce, place in the refrigerator to chill
- Take a tortilla (I use two if using the corn tortillas) and place a layer of pulled pork on the tortilla
- Sprinkle Willow’s Sweet Heat BBQ Seasoning on top of the pulled pork
- Place a layer of the coleslaw mix on top of the pulled pork
- Top with the chipotle ranch sauce
- Add any additional toppings you may want (cheese, etc.)
